• Spearheaded a 3.6 million dollar grant from HUD for a 53 unit housing project for the elderly and mildly impaired, which is completed and occupied.
• Encouraged the expansion and development of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church through a $300,000 building phase; The New Pleasant Grove Church values at $1.5 million.
• Pleasant Grove Academy and ACR Family Resource Center valued at $1.3 million; received an $80,000 grant for the Little Pee Dee Baptist Association from the office of Governor of South Carolina for water and sewage for the Little Pee Dee Manor, Inc.
• Founder and organizer of the Youth Department of the Chesterfield County Union
